You are supported through live calls. This isn’t a checklist. There’s no blueprint.

This is a space where you get to bring the whole thing – the ideas, doubts, vision, fears, excitement, resistance, and the messy middle of becoming who you’re here to be. You don’t have to filter yourself or arrive with everything figured out.

We uncover your story and let your brand carry it naturally – embodying it, amplifying it, and speaking before you even say a word. Visibility stops being performance and becomes a natural extension of who you are, how you lead, and the work you’re here to do.

Using a blend of strategy, breathwork, visualisation, and somatic practices, we work with whatever is standing between you and your next level – the blocks, fears, old stories, and patterns you’ve outgrown. Not to fix you, but to create space for more of you to come forward.

Why this work is personal

I didn’t arrive here by accident. For nearly two decades, I’ve been building brands – shaping visuals, refining messaging, creating identities for ambitious entrepreneurs at every stage.

Over time, I noticed a pattern: brilliant business owners had it all on paper – offers, visuals, strategy – yet weren’t fully showing up in their brands. Not for lack of clarity. Not because they needed another rebrand. But because parts of them didn’t feel safe being seen yet.

I saw it in my clients. And eventually, I had to face it in myself. I had the experience, the skill, the eye – but still held back, leading from polish instead of presence, strategy instead of truth.

The last few years took me beneath the brand: into visibility wounds, old stories, and the subtle ways we learn to stay quiet, agreeable, or “palatable” to be accepted. That’s when everything shifted.

Built to Disrupt exists because I know – from both sides of the work – that no amount of branding can carry you into your next level if your brand is being built as protection instead of expression.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating a space where you don’t have to perform, perfect, or armour up – while we build a brand that can hold the version of you ready to lead next.
