One hour strategy call with Sarah:

Lean on Sarah’s expertise and experience in the Day Rate business to get clarity and plan out your VIP Day idea that’s been swirling around in your head for way too long.

Customized pre-work:

Each VIP Day is a little different, so on our strategy call, we’ll work together to decide what type of pre-work is needed in order to get you all set up and ready for your clients.

45-min kick-off call with specialist:

Usually 5-7 days before the VIP Day. We’ll use this call to make sure that we’re on the same page with expectations and make sure we’re using our time together effectively.

30 days of post-intensive support:

Use this support period to ask us anything about your day rate installation, setup and tech. This support period does not include additional work or changes.

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?

We like to keep things simple and efficient!

After our discovery call, you will select your VIP Days with us, keeping in mind you’ll need to be virtually available to us on the entire day(s) of the intensive. We’ll also need to fit in a strategy call and kick-off call prior to your days, so keep that in mind as well. Book with a 50% deposit.

Check your email, where you’ll be receiving your official VIP welcome kit. This email will contain IMPORTANT information about scheduling a strategy and kick-off call, as well as your pre-work. All of these things MUST be completed ASAP in order for our day(s) together to be a success.

The VIP day(s) have finally arrived! We will get to work setting up and customizing your personalized VIP Day system. You’ll be involved in the process, by giving us feedback and input throughout the day, but for the most part, you can finally sit back while we’ll handle all the heavy lifting.

The work is over, but we won’t leave you hanging. Upon completion, we include 30 days of email support where you can ask any questions about the work we have completed for you, plus you’ll receive your own custom support vault with short video tutorials that explain how to use your new system.
